1st !! GOLD Medal !! A 5+ on the Star scale!!
I would like to express to you about the Distiller we purchased. The quality of the workmanship is very impressive. I like that's it's "Made in the USA". It was totally worth the wait. It is absolutely in a class by itself. Assembly, what little there was, went off without any bumps. It works as described. The "auto" is a blessing. The floats all work, it shuts off just fine. I was asked to review my purchase, but I wanted to give it a couple of weeks in action before responding. I'm still impressed with this new addition of equipment we purchased. Every time I walk past it, I smile. You guys have been wonderful in responding to my inquires as we waited for it to be built. Never once was I ignored. This purchase has saved me time, gas for running around trying to purchase Distilled Water, and the frustration, it doesn't exist anymore!! So YES, a Very Big Shout Out to YOU!! Way to go!! Thank You for your Outstanding Water Distiller!!

I LIKE THIS PRODUCT VERY MUCH
I BOUGHT A 12 GALLON A DAY UNIT WITH A 25 GALLON TANK AND EVERYTHING WENT TOGETHER VERY WELL THE ONLY ISSUE I HAD WAS THE FLOAT CONTROL ON THE TANK I GOT IT ADJUSTED SO THAT IT SHUTS OFF ON IT'S OWN NOW AND THE UNIT SEEMS TO BE PERFORMING WELL.
