Quotations and Purchase Orders

To Request an Automatic Quote: <ul> <li>Simply add the items to your Shopping Cart as normal and proceed to checkout;</li> <li>Enter your billing and shipping details;</li> <li>Under "How would you like to pay?" select “Request for Quotation”;</li> <li>Click "Continue" to complete your Request for Quote. You will immediately be emailed an Order Confirmation which may be used as your official quotation. When you are ready to purchase, simply place a new order and select the appropriate payment method.</li> </ul> To Submit a Purchase Order, (or to receive a Pro Forma Invoice): <ul> <li>Simply add the items to your Shopping Cart as normal and proceed to checkout;</li> <li>Enter your billing and shipping details;</li> <li>Under "How would you like to pay?" select “Purchase Order”;</li> <li>Specify any Purchase Order number you require in the customer notes section.</li> <li>Click "Continue" to complete your order. You will immediately be emailed a receipt for your order. Payment must be received prior to shipment unless otherwise prearranged. (To expedite your order, you may prepay via credit card, Electronic Funds Transfer or Paypal by contacting us.) If you want to arrange for an open account in order to ship your order now and to remit payment later, please mention that in the customer notes section of your order or click Customer Service in the top menu to contact us for details.</li> </ul> Notes:  <ul> <li>Quotations are valid for 60 days. Please contact us if an extension is necessary.</li> <li>Warranty is 100% parts and labor for one full year.</li> <li>Terms: Payment required with order.
